Although we make every effort to supply the seeds stated on your order sometimes these are only available whilst stocks last. We may from time to time alter promotions due to stock levels or seed availability from the breeders.

At check out you can input a billing and a different delivery address. By default, the add different shipping address is un-ticked. To add a different shipping address to your billing address simply check the box to add a new delivery address.

As a registered account holder you will receive loyalty points on every purchase you make when signed in. You will get an option at check out if you wish to spend your points to get discounts on your orders. Simply tick the check box to add your points discount to your purchase.

If you wish to place a large order with ourselves we recommend contacting us first. Let us know the following details and we will reply with a quotation:

  1. Strains, variety etc of seeds you require
  2. Number of seeds required
  3. Preferred payment method and currency
  4. Country for delivery
  5. Lead time for delivery

All orders are sent tracked in stealth, discreet packages. Tracking information is sent along with the confirmation email that confirms we have shipped your order. We recommend setting up an account to place your order. This way you can view the status of your order and once shipped you can track you orders on ‘Your account’ page. We find this is the most discreet method of giving you all the information you require.

If you wish to add older orders or orders placed before an account was set up simply email us from the email address associated with your account and we will add the order(s) to your account for you. Absolutely not. An account is there to offer our customers a simple and quick system to see current and previous orders placed and to be able to easily see the tracking information of existing orders that have been shipped.

You can log in to you account by scrolling down to the footer at the bottom of any page and select ‘My Account‘. Alternatively, when at the check out at the top of the page you can select to log in by ‘Returning Customer’
